Service Description
Meditation is a constant journey of becoming more aware of how our minds work. By implementing regular meditation sessions into your daily routine, you can sharpen concentration and work towards higher levels of awareness and understanding, decrease anxiety, and find more stability and joy in life. The session covers: A brief intro to meditation as a regular practice, grounding breathwork exercises, and guided meditation time.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are essential and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
